We thought there is no reason for beachfront dining to lack attention to detail.

Taking locally-sourced products as a starting point, the team led by our chef Massimo has come up with a creative menu that brings together presentation, quality and price in an unrivaled setting.

To complement our kitchen, we have one of the country's most highly regarded "espeteros", Bernaldo, who delights us by expertly skewering freshly caught fish and seafood from the bay onto a stick and grilling them over an open fire. A delicacy for even the most demanding of palates.
